Air Washer

The total assembly is mounted on a horizontal member of heavy galvanized steel channel with die cast Aluminum Corners for joining them together with lifting holes on all corners. Extruded aluminium base is available as an option, SS is also available.

The frame work is made of anticorodal hollow extruded aluminum profile, held together by special the remoplastic, self extinguishing 3-legged joints that ensure per fect alignment and r igidi ty of the whole structure.Problem of excessive condensation on structural frame is addressed by providinghigh performance thermal bridge profile. Anodised profiles and screwlesssnapfixing profiles are also available as an option, SS Profile is also available.

We have special software to design the panels for standard Air Washers, to suit the site conditions for easy assembly.The single skin Panels are fixed to the rugged frame work made of aluminium section / G.I. Section with special imported fasteners / nuts. For Double skin, 25/24 mm panels injected with environment friendly CFC and HFC free, self extinguishing PUF as ASTM D 3014 a uniform density of 38-40kg/m3 ensures low thermal conductivity and robust construction for high humidity ambient conditions panels with thermal bridges can be provided. Various option such as precoatedcolored galvanised sheets, plain galvanised sheets, aluminium and SS304 and SS 316 sheets in various thickness are available for innter and outer skin of double skin panels. Glass wool or mineral wool insulation (upto 144 kg/m3) is also available as an option. Panels also available with antimircrobial antifungal coating & high resistant coating (upto 6000).

The cabinet is airtight using self adhesive tapes and gaskets. Multi finned gasket sided in built-up grooves in the structural profile of the unit ensures air tight construction. For special applications, food grade gasket unit ensures air tight construction. Confirming to food grade gasket as per BS EN-71 Part 3:1 995 can be provided on request Inspection Windows / Doors Max Air Cooling unit /Air Washers have proper accessibility for regular maintenance through hinged service doors.

The standard pre-filters are made of G.I. / Aluminium construction having efficiency 90% down to 70 micron. Depends on application the fine filters of various efficiencies also can be provided.Single or multi stage filtration is offered to suit different applications. A complete range of filters as per ASHRAE and EUROVENT standards are available. Filters Pressure measurement ports across fine filters are provided as a standard feature.

The Cellulose pads are of imported origin make HUTEK (THAILAND) or Munters (USA) and are designed for maximum saturation efficiencies, being having large Air to surface contact area in 7mm flute size and 45° x 45° flute angle.

Drain pan is made of aluminum with dual slope to facilitate immediate discharge of condensate Specially designed drain pan with all round edges allow complete cleaning and avoid microbial growth as per ASHRAE 62-1999.Drain pan is SS-304 construction is also available.

The water tank is made of mild steel (MS) or stainless steel (SS) with anti corrosive coatings (FRP/EPOXY) and are designed for easy access for periodic cleaning.

The pipe and other fittings like gate valve, Y-stainers, float valve are of reputed make or of imported origin.

MAX AIR offers fan in forward and backward curved design, statically and dynamically balanced with low noise levels and high efficiency from 300mm dia to 2000mm dia.The fans are tested as per AMCA. These fans are highly energy efficient and with medium to high pressure application . Electric motor is a totally enclosed type with an IP 55 or 54 protection and class F insulation. The fan & motors are mounted on Aluminium section / G.I. fabricated slide rails with provision of easy belt tensioning. The complete assembly is mounted on spring/rubber vibration isolators for smooth performance. The fan is connected to the main casing, using fire and moisture resistant flexible canvassconnection, self extinguishing fabric tested to UL-214 and comforts to NFA 90A and NFPA 90B standards,ensuring low operating noise and vibration. The drive pulleys are taper bushed duly balanced with proper sized’v’ belts. Spray type humidification systems are fabricated out of G.I/ M.S. Header and Brass/PVC Nozzle .We use 4 bend PVC /G.I Eliminators to ensure that no water is carried away to Blower section and further to duct system.
